I ship worldwide (sorry international customers, but even though you don't get free shipping your order will only be charged at a flat rate shipping cost).Oh, guys and gals, you are responsible for any Customs or tax charges which may incur in shipping. Refunds and Exchanges

If for some unlikely reason you're not happy with your order, then please let me know and I'll do one of the following:
REFUND: you get your money back. It's as simple as that.
RESEND: if your order has gone AWOL during transit, then it will be resent at no extra cost (providing the items are still in stock).
REPLACE: did something break? Oh noes! Then a replacement will be sent out to you (providing the items are still in stock).
